The console

The ScanFlo console follows the layout learners meet on Siemens-style clinical systems: protocols on the left, planning in the middle, parameters below.

The four working areas

• Protocol tree — the ordered list of sequences in your study. Localizers first, then your diagnostic series.
• Planning viewport — localizer images where you position and angle slice groups over anatomy.
• Parameter panel — TR, TE, TI, flip angle, FOV, matrix and more for the selected sequence.
• Viewer — acquired images with window/level, scroll and compare.

The workflow rhythm

Real scanning has a rhythm: pick the next sequence, check its planning on the localizer, adjust parameters if the case demands it, scan, review, move on. ScanFlo enforces the same rhythm so the habit transfers to the department.

What the status bar tells you

During acquisition the status bar reports progress and the numbers a technologist watches: estimated scan time remaining and relative SNR. Parameter choices change both — halve your averages and the scan is faster but noisier, and the console shows you exactly that trade.
