Delivery policy

ScanFlo is software that runs in a web browser. There is no physical product, no courier and no shipping charge, and we do not ask for a delivery address. This page exists because payment providers ask for it.

When your payment is confirmed, the plan is activated on the account that paid for it. That normally happens within a minute. Sign in at app.scanflo.io and launch the simulator from the Simulators page — there is no download and no licence key to enter.

Your receipt and confirmation are emailed to the address on the account. Check the spam folder if it has not appeared.

Give it a few minutes and reload the Simulators page first. If a payment has gone through and the plan is still not on your account after 24 hours, email contact@scanflo.io with the payment ID from your receipt. We will either activate it or refund you under the refund policy.

A plan runs for the term you bought — one month, three months or one year from activation — and then stops. Nothing renews automatically.
