Yes. Create an account and trials are issued automatically for MRI, CT, PET-CT, Anatomy and RadPath. No card is required. Each gives you 45 minutes of console time to use within 7 days, so you can plan, scan and read images before deciding on a plan. The clock only runs while you are actually in the console, so closing the tab does not cost you time.

Student covers the full exam console and the complete case library on up to 2 computers, used one at a time. Student Pro adds the image viewer with window/level and measurements, filming and PDF export, and dynamic studies. ScanFlo MRI, CT and PET-CT all follow this Student / Student Pro split; ScanFlo Anatomy and ScanFlo RadPath each have a single Student plan. ScanFlo XR has both plans, but its Student plan already includes the image library and viewer; Student Pro adds filming, print and export. One-time purchases, every one of them. You pay once for the term you choose (1 month, 3 months or 1 year). Nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. We do not store your card. When a term runs out you decide whether to buy another.

A browser on a specific computer. Each plan licenses a set number of devices, shown on its card. Your first launch registers the device automatically, and if you change machines you can move your licence yourself from the Simulators page without raising a support ticket.

Indian customers are priced in INR and pay through Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Everyone else is priced in USD. Which one you see follows the country code of the phone number on your account, so the price on the card is the price you are charged. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Paid access is not refundable once it has been activated on your account, because it is delivered immediately and in full. That is what the free trial is for, so take it first. We do refund in full when the fault is ours or the bank's: a duplicate or wrong-amount charge, a payment that went through without access being activated, or our being unable to provide the plan you paid for. Email contact@scanflo.io with the payment ID from your receipt within 7 days and we reply within 2 business days. The refund and cancellation policy has the details.

Yes. When you upgrade, we credit the unused portion of your current plan against the new one, so you only pay the difference. The exact amount is shown before you confirm payment.
