Terms and conditions

ScanFlo, operated by Zeka Labs Private Limited, is a browser-based MRI and CT simulation platform for education and training. It is not a medical device, is not intended for clinical use, diagnosis, or treatment planning, and simulated images must never be used for patient care decisions.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal; institutional seats are assigned to named learners by the institution's administrator.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform within your plan's limits, including the number of registered devices. Sharing accounts, circumventing device limits, scraping, reverse-engineering, or reselling access is prohibited.

Every plan is a one-time payment for a fixed term: one month, three months or one year. Nothing renews automatically, and we do not store your card, so there is no subscription to cancel: access ends with the term unless you buy another.

Prices are shown in full before you pay, in INR for customers in India and USD elsewhere, with applicable taxes calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.

Access is digital and activates on your account once payment is confirmed. See the delivery policy. Paid access is not refundable once activated, except in the cases set out in the refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

Institutional terms (seats, invoicing, renewal) are set in the applicable order form and take precedence over this section.

The platform, simulator, cases, and content are owned by ScanFlo and its licensors. You may use screenshots of your own simulator sessions for personal study and internal teaching; commercial redistribution of platform content requires written permission.

Siemens, Siemens Healthineers, MAGNETOM, SOMATOM, Biograph, syngo, GE HealthCare, Philips, Canon, United Imaging and the product and feature names of these companies are trademarks of their respective owners. ScanFlo is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any equipment manufacturer. Vendor names appear only to identify equivalent techniques for teaching.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempting to breach security or licensing controls, no uploading of malicious code, and no use of the platform to process real patient data.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features over time; material reductions to a paid plan during a paid term entitle you to a pro-rata refund on request, under the refund policy.

The service is provided "as is" for training purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise. Zeka Labs Private Limited (CIN: U86909DL2023PTC420560) is the contracting party.
