Partner Program terms

These terms apply to every member of the ScanFlo Partner Program: content creators, educators, student ambassadors, institutions and affiliates who promote ScanFlowith a partner code or referral link ("you"). Partner accounts are created by ScanFlo; there is no public sign-up. You sign in at app.scanflo.io with the email or phone number we set up with you.

The first time you sign in, your Partner dashboard asks you to accept these terms. Your codes and link start working only once you have accepted them. If we update the terms, you will be asked to accept the new version; your codes keep working meanwhile. They sit alongside our general terms of service and privacy policy.

ScanFlo gives you one or more partner codes and a referral link (scanflo.io/?ref=your-name). Each code belongs to you alone. ScanFlo decides, for each code, what the student gets, what you earn, which plans it applies to, and any dates or limits; your Partner dashboard always shows the current terms of each of your codes.

A code may be limited to a student's first ScanFlo purchase, to particular plans or to a number of uses. Codes apply to new plan purchases on scanflo.io only, one code per order, and not to upgrades, institutional licences or offline sales.

We may pause, change or end a code at any time. A change never alters the reward on a sale already made: each sale keeps the terms that applied when the student checked out.

A code entered at checkout always decides the credit. Without a code, a sale is credited to the partner whose referral link the student followed most recently, within the attribution window shown in your dashboard (30 days unless we tell you otherwise), provided the plan is one your link code covers. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland we do not set a referral cookie, so a link counts only when the student signs up or signs in from it; your code works everywhere.

You are not credited for your own purchases, for purchases by accounts we reasonably believe are yours, or for a sale another partner's code was used on.

Disclose the relationship. Label every post, video, story or message that carries your code or link clearly and upfront, for example with #ad or #affiliate, in line with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines for influencer advertising, and the equivalent rules wherever your audience is.

No clinical or outcome claims. ScanFlo is an education product. Do not claim that it diagnoses, treats or replaces supervised clinical training, or promise exam results, jobs or registrations.

Not allowed:posting codes on coupon or deal websites; bidding on "ScanFlo" or similar terms in search advertising; spam or unsolicited bulk messages; presenting yourself as ScanFlo staff; altering our logos; or offering students cash-back or other inducements from your reward.

You earn the reward set on the code for each completed, paid purchase credited to you. A percentage reward is calculated on what the student actually paid after their discount, excluding any GST; a fixed reward is never more than that amount.

Every reward is held for a period (30 days unless your dashboard says otherwise) so that refunds and payment disputes can settle. A reward on a purchase that is refunded is reversed; on a partial refund it is reduced in proportion. If a refund happens after the reward was paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout. A reward on a disputed payment is held until the dispute closes.

We may withhold or reverse rewards that come from a breach of these terms, from self-referral or from traffic we reasonably consider fraudulent, and will tell you why.

Approved rewards are paid monthly by bank transfer to the account you gave us, once your approved balance reaches the minimum payout (Rs. 1,000 unless we tell you otherwise); smaller balances roll over. Before your first payout we verify your PAN and bank details.

We deduct tax at source as Indian law requires (currently under section 194H, at the rate applicable to you, and at a higher rate where no PAN is provided) and issue the TDS certificate. If you are registered for GST, you invoice us for your rewards with GST, and we pay the GST with the reward. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.

Your dashboard shows each sale's date, plan, amount and reward, never the student's identity. We send notices about your sales and payouts to the personal email and WhatsApp number on your partner profile. We keep your payout and tax details only as long as the law requires for our records.

Either side may end the partnership at any time by writing to the other. Your codes stop working when it ends. Rewards on sales made before then are still paid under these terms once their hold ends, unless they were earned in breach of them.

We may update these terms; we will tell you by email before a change takes effect, and continuing to share your code afterwards means you accept the change. You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of ScanFlo. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
