Scanner simulation · in the browser
Master the scanner before you touch one.
Raise TR from 500 to 2000 ms and watch T1 contrast wash out. ScanFlo is a real console workflow for MRI, CT, PET-CT and X-ray that responds the way the scanner does.

The bottleneck
Imaging skills are rationed by scanner access.
The machine that teaches best is the machine that is never free. Simulator hours are how a program gets more of the other kind.
- 01
Scanner time is scarce
A department magnet earns its keep scanning patients, not training students. Most learners graduate with a handful of supervised console hours.
- 02
Theory doesn't transfer
Knowing the T1 relaxation equation is not the same as knowing what the screen does when TR drops from 2000 to 500 ms. That only comes from doing it.
- 03
Mistakes are expensive
On a real scanner a wrong protocol wastes table time and repeats dose. In a simulator it is the fastest lesson a learner will get.
Simulator hours vs scanner hours
Not a replacement for the magnet. The preparation that makes scanner time count.

The platform
Every modality a radiographer meets, one console away.
The same console grammar across MRI, CT, PET-CT and X-ray, with the anatomy and the pathology beside them.
ScanFlo MRI
The full MRI console, from localizer to last sequence.
Spin echo, gradient echo, inversion recovery. Plan slice groups on real localizers, set every timing parameter, and watch contrast change the way the physics says it should.
- TR, TE, TI and flip angle drive image contrast live
- Slice planning on three-plane localizers, with angulation
- Artefacts on demand: motion, aliasing, chemical shift

ScanFlo CT
Protocols, dose and reconstruction, learnt before the gantry.
From topogram to helical acquisition to HRCT. Set kV, mAs, pitch and kernels, then see what each choice does to image quality and to patient dose.
- kV, mAs and pitch with live CTDIvol and DLP
- Reconstruction kernels and window/level discipline
- MPR, 3D volume rendering and filming
ScanFlo PET-CT
The PET-CT exam, from topogram to SUV.
One exam chronicle from topogram to CT-AC to PET. Plan the beds, register the FDG dose and watch the uptake clock, then read the fused study and measure it on real DICOM cases.
- PET and CT ranges on one topogram
- Step-and-shoot beds with a time per bed
- Fused MPR, rotating PT MIP and SUV quantification
ScanFlo XR
Launching soonThe X-ray exam, from positioning to film.
Position the patient, choose the detector, collimate and set kV, mAs and SID. Expose, read the exposure index, then process and film the image.
- Positioning videos for 127 projections
- Wall stand, table or portable detector, with collimation
- kV, mAs and SID, with the exposure index on every image
ScanFlo Anatomy
The body in 3D: searchable, clippable, explodable.
An interactive atlas of about 1,400 structures that runs in the browser on any laptop, with no graphics card. Find a structure, isolate it, cut through it on any plane.
- Search, isolate and browse system by system
- Clipping planes that show the section a slice shows
- Linked to ScanFlo MRI and CT
ScanFlo RadPath
The same disease, on CT and on MRI.
Real cases by body region, with the lesion outlined in every plane and measured. Switch modality on the same condition to see why each one shows it differently.
- Explore by body region, condition by condition
- The lesion outlined in 3D and three planes, in mL
- CT, MRI, PET-CT and X-ray cases, each attributed
Show the physics
Contrast is a decision, not a preset.
Drag the repetition time. At short TR the brain is T1-weighted; as TR lengthens every tissue recovers further and the T1 contrast fades. Each frame is the console's own output, not an illustration.
- The same slice, re-acquired at each TR
- One fixed window: what changes is the contrast
- Short TR: strong T1 weighting. Longer TR: it fades toward proton density

T1 TSE · TE 11 ms · same slice · window 128/256
How it works
Ten minutes to your first scan.
No install, no setup, no scanner booking sheet. Open a browser and the console is on.
Choose a case
Pick from the case library: brain routine, lumbar spine, chest CT and more. The patient is registered and positioned, and the console is yours.
Set your parameters
TR, TE, TI, flip angle, kV, mAs, pitch. Every control behaves the way the physics says it should. Plan slices on real localizers.
Scan and learn
Run the acquisition, read your images, see what every choice did. Repeat until the console feels like home.
Who it's for
